Cai Li
Cai Li—Instant Mandarin Senior Advisor Mr. Cai Li has been a renowned member among the circles of international education in China. He has been Secretary General, Sichuan Education Association for International Exchange, from 2009 to present, carrying out and advising, various international programs receiving international students and placing international teachers. From 2005 to 2008, he was on diplomatic mission in the Chinese Embassy to Czeck Republic, representing the Ministry of Education of China, promoting education exchange and Chinese language and culture in Central Europe. From 1995 to 2005, he was Director, International Division, the Education Department of Sichuan Province, directing and managing a number of government and non-government education and training programs. He has been a guest Professor of Education at Sichuan Normal University and delivered series of lectures to international students on Chinese language, culture and education system. His major publication includes The Index to the History of Modern Chinese Education (Melbourne, 1988), The Opening and Reform in Higher Education of Sichuan Province (Chengdu, 1998).
